“Clean and Comfortable”
We stayed in Hoi An for 3 nights and really enjoyed Kiman hospitality, especially the pool! It was so hot we only walked into town once, then opted for a taxi the rest of the time. Had to sign some legal docs while there and the team were so accommodating with printing and email. Decent breakfast too!

“Part of Halong Tours Vietnam package. Hoi An 3 day stay”
Greeted wonderfully with smiles and warmth. Hotel facilities are beautiful and clean with a very central location. Room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable to stay in Pool water was a mirky instead of clear would be our only negative. Thanks for having us; we would happily revisit. Mike and Annette.

“Service with a Smile”
Well equipped hotel with excellent staff. Sufficient English language capabilities to cater for the needs of most travellers. A reasonable walk to the old town, no need for a taxi as long as you remember plenty of water :-) We had wonderful food in the restaurant.

“Very comfortable ”
My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and we found it to be a nice hotel with very helpful staff. They told us about some great places to eat and things to see. The room was really clean, a nice size with a comfortable bed. The free bicycle hire is great although we only rode them once as the weather was ridiculously hot. All in all we were very happy with our stay here.

It has free bicycles for hire are a great way to get around town,a great pool and very reasonable hotel and mini bar prices equivalent to supermarket prices.
The breakfast buffet was really nice and when we had to leave early for a flight they provided a take away breakfast for us. The staff were all so friendly, overall a great experience

“Best hotel Iv stayed in”
This place was amazing to say the least. The beds were comfy, the room was clean, the room was super spacious, which is great in vietnam. The shower was awesome with great pressure, and was great at the end of a long day. The pool was magical, after a day in the heat was a great relief. The buffet breakfast was the best we have had in vietnam, not the best in the world, but in vietnam a hard find. Free wifi, which is uncommon in vietnam, and great aircon. The staff were so great, organising a private driver for us in 10 mins, organising a spa treatment in 10 mins, packing us breakfast as we checked out at 5am for our flight. They were the only hotel thus far to call our room when a driver was there to pick us up. Always smiling and happy, with great attidudes and always willing to help us in anyway. We loved staying by the pool drinking cocktails. We will 100% stay here again, and will recommend to all of our friends.

“Brilliant Hotel”
My best hotel so far in Vietnam and I've stayed in a few. Only one criticism is the pool could be bigger but it's lovely to have a pool. The staff are really nice and helpful. The breakfast again is the best I've had in Vietnam with lots of choice and Laughing Cow cheese which we had a giggle about. Room and bathroom are large and very clean and we also had a balcony.

“Little piece of paradise”
Our family (4 adults & 2 kids) spent 4 nights at the Kiman Hotel. The staff were very friendly & helpful, the Vietnamese love kids so our 2 boys (aged 8 & 2) were made a fuss of.The breakfast was delicious with a huge variety, the rooms had everything we needed & each had a balcony (we were on the 4th floor), the swimming pool was a highlight - very refreshing after a hot day.Reception organised motorbike hire, laundry & pushbikes were available for free. We didn't use the day spa so I cannot comment on it.We loved the Kim An cocktail by the pool!! The hotel was a little way from the old town, was walking distance but in the heat we chose to use taxis, they were so cheap (compared with Australia), equivalent to $2 AUD to get to/from the old town market. The green taxis are all metered so no haggling required.Would definitely stay here again.

“The Kiman Hotel is just brilliant”
My wife and I stayed at the The Kiman Hotel just recently. It was just wonderful. The breakfast was delightful and the staff were well informed. We had 3 nights at this great hotel. Our room was just beaufitul and well set out. The highlight of our stay was sitting by the pool with the wonderful waitress wanting to know what we wanted to drink. Once we dived into the pool, our drinks were delivered. She checked numerous times if we wanted a new drink. We cannot wait to return another day. Gary and Sue

“Stay at Kiman Hoi An”
My stay at Kiman was delightful. The room was clean and spacious and had a little balcony. The staff were friendly, helpful and nothing was ever a problem for them.
Breakfast was indeed plentiful with a good variety of choices. Actually the best i had while in Vietnam. The pool was a bonus especially after an excursion on a very hot day.
Kiman is situated in a great location. It is a little out of town but that was nice as it was quieter there. It is but a 10 minute walk into town or u could bicycle there (as they have free bicycles to use) or bicycle the other direction to the beach. All in all i would definately recommend staying here and one day hope to return.

“Kiman Hotel, Hoi An”
Our 4 night stay was very pleasant, although we had a different room the first night as hotel full. The breakfasts were delicious, rooms clean and comfortable and staff eager to please. Taxi service very prompt and reasonably priced, although easy walk into town. The swimming pool was very refreshing after shopping and touring however the area to relax around pool was very small - perhaps more tables and bench seats could be placed there to ensure guests could engage with other guests. Definitely a favourite and would recommend to others.

“Lovely hotel in Hoi An”
This is by far one of the nicer hotels from our trip. Breakfast was very generous and was delicious. A good walk from the hotel to the markets. The staff were delightful and very helpful about the best tailor to see and the best bahn mi to enjoy *take their advice it's excellent* the rooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed foot massages and they were very reasonably priced. We got our laundry done here as well and came back to it being lovely and clean, just as promised in their instructions with timing etc. There is also a pool which is great for a quick evening dip. One of my favorite hotels in Vietnam. Thank you for making Hoi An such a wonderful experience ♡♡

“Great place to stay in Hoi An”
Lovely, clean hotel with very friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet with good range and tasty food. Very good same day laundry service at a reasonable price. We were greeted with refreshments and a 5 minute run down of the best places to eat, shop and where the best tailors were. They also offer free bikes for hotel guests to use. The pool was an extra bonus for us. It was the perfect thing after some very long hot days. The spa service was amazing. Absolutely loved it, and good prices. The staff were all lovely, most with very good English. When we left, one of them even came out to wave us off, which I thought was a lovely gesture.

“Small touches make a great stay”
I haven't bothered to review our hotels in Hanoi, Hue, Sapa or Saigon - they were all good, but since we were on a tour, we didn't pay for them individually and so don't really know their worth and whether they were a good deal. Each had things that weren't quite the best, despite being overall good.Kiman in Hoi An was our favourite hotel from Vietnam. The staff were great, the breakfast was excellent and the room was large and comfortable - generally as we experienced in all of Vietnam. The stand-out factors for me were simple things like elegant curtains in the room and small intangible things that made the room and the hotel more comfortable that the rest. Generally in Vietnam hotels you'll see badly finished walls and rendering, and electrical wires - Kiman didn't have any of that - it really was a step up.We enjoyed the pool, we really like the free bicycles to ride into the old town (it seems a lot of hotels in Hoi An do this, although they may not promote it) and yeah - it was the small intangible things that really made our stay here so excellent. Many thanks, Kiman! Keep it up!
